Chillicothe Early Learning Center infant-toddler classroom provides care for children ages birth to
thirty-five months old. This care is available to parents enrolled in an education program. Our goal is to give
quality care to young children while teaching Early Childhood Professions students in a work-based
situation. The infant-toddler classroom follows the Grand River Technical School
calendar. Hours are 7:30-3:30 Monday-Friday (school days, school times).
There are only four students to one teacher to meet state regulations. Chillicothe
and Grand River Technical Students have priority.
|How can we help?
spend more time with my children and learn more about the needs of children. This is a
place I can talk to and help instead of being looked down on. Thank you for starting this
program!" - Kelli, former high school student
"The early learning center has enabled me to attend the
Grand River Technical School. The daycare providers have encouraged my son to communicate
with other children, and his social skills have improved greatly. If it were not for the
center, I would not have been able to continue my education." -
Chequelia, former adult vocational student
