new program!" - Kelli, high school student

"The child care center has enabled me to attend the
Grand River Technical School. The daycare providers have encouraged my son to communicate

OUR PHILOSOPHY
It is the belief of Diapers
'n Diplomas that it is our responsibility to assist the child in growing to his or her fullest potential. We seek to provide developmentally appropriate
activities which meet the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual needs of the individual child. It is our belief that children learn through play; therefore, we provide activities that offer challenge and fun in both group and individual play. We believe also that a loving and nurturing environment is essential to the
child's sense of security and self-esteem; so we provide care that is responsive to each
child's individual needs.

PRESCHOOL
We have a Title I/Missouri Preschool Project (MPP) classroom as well as daycare. Our preschool enrollment is based on Dial 3 screenings held at Garrison School each spring. Classes are generally a mix of three-
and four-year old children. There is no fee for preschool enrollment, but parents will be asked to provide a minimum of supplies throughout the school year.
We
conduct two preschool classes, one is in the
morning from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and the other is from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The preschool teacher is
Kerrie Campbell. She may
be reached by email or by calling 660-646-7604.
Both daycare and preschool are privileged to have Child Care Services students volunteer in the classroom on a regular basis.
