CAPTION: Assistant Director Jayme Caughron has announced that Jacob Hibner, a student in the Welding program at Grand River Technical School (GRTS) has been recognized with a Citizenship Award for the 2006-2007 school year.

Jacob was selected for this honor based on the kindness he has shown and assistance he has provided throughout the school year to a fellow student. He was presented with a certificate of recognition and a GRTS sweatshirt.
